On Day 2 Ben said that before doing anything we had to:

He said that children were taught maths before being given a calculator, as this ensured that they knew how they worked. In the same way we have to go out join the programs where we want to place classified ads, press releases, etc. On Day 6 of the 15 Day Plan we are advised to join Craigslist, YouTube and one of the Social Networking sites, the one mentioned is hi5, but during the training we were told to choose similar forms of advertising.
Initially Social Networking sites refused to allow advertising, just as Forums had done before, now both have ones that no only allow, but encourage it. But it must still be remembered that they are Social sites and their main purpose to get to know others. What you want to do is find those who share the same interest, etc and establish a relationship with them. This is the best way to succeed not only with them, but generally.
Also covered on Day 2 of the Training, was Day 7 where other means of advertising are mentioned which we were advised to use in addition to the ones we had joined and posted to on Day 6.
We were told that placing these ads were not a means of attracting subscribers because they had read them, but a means of convincing the Search Engine spiders to visit our site because of all the backlinks to it due to us placing them. This was elaborated upon on Day 3, which is the subject of the next post.
