What About Web 2.0 and Blogging?

Web 1.0 was you bringing yourself and your web in front of the world. No one could interact with you. The most they could do was email you and hope that you got it and responded. But this all changed with Web 2.0.

One of the first Web 2.0 platforms was Forums, with Blogs quickly catching up. Now everyone has a blog. Blogs started out as a means for people to keep in touch with their friends, with them being able to keep in touch with each other as well as with the owner of the blog.

But then those who were trying to make money on the internet saw the benefits of them. Many books are now available and more are being written.

One that I can recommend is 7 Days to Blogging Profit.

When people say Web 2.0 the thing that more often than not springs to mind is Social Networking sites, such as MySpace and Facebook.   These are the ones even those who are into Internet Marketing have heard of, but there are others and they are growing.    A later post will be a Review of the above 2 and others I have joined.

The next one will be a Review of what Ben Davis said on the first 2 days of the week of Training on how to set up and use the tools he has given us, with emphasis of how to advertise.
