Selling Expensive Items

Main Content Add comments

Big Ticket Depot  is the name given to  Joel Sauceda latest program.  What they are going to do is sell expensive items, such as houses, yachts, expensive cars, etc.  Put yourself in the shoes of someone who wants to make use of this service.   You are an executive in one of the Big Banks, CEO of a large company, or even a smaller one and earning millions both in your salary and your bonuses.  You believe this this is how things will stay and you have bought a large house, a yacht, expensive car, etc all on credit.  Then all of this money dries up, even if you don’t actually loose your job and you cannot keep up the payments, or afford to run the car, etc.  In addition you are finding it difficult to sell them.

Would you be pleased if someone offered to sell them for you?  If the number of people who have requested information about  “Big Ticket Items” is anything to go by then the answer is yes.

Many of them have tried to sell their items on EBay, Craigslist, etc and have not sold them and are more than happy to let him sell them for them.

As mentioned above this is only the latest program that Joel Sauceda has launched.  The first one, which is still the one around which all the others are built was Vortex.   His philosophy is that his affiliates are the most important people in the organisation because without them the company would not be where it is now.

He was one of the earliest, if not the first, pioneer of a Voucher Scheme.   I can testify to the effectiveness of this as it was through someone offering me one that I joined the company.    Once someone joins they too are given vouchers to give away.

But this is not all they give away, when you join you are given a link to another of their sites, where you can download books and software some of which you can give away.   These are on various topics and it is best to select one that fits in with what you are advertising.

But this is not the only place you can get material to give away.   There are other sites that do the same.  Some of these are stand alone sites in that this is all the do, but there are other sites where they are part of a much larger package.   Some of these will be looked at in a later post.

In the next one we look at Web 2.0 and Blogging.
